All prices listed on our website are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable VAT as required by Saudi law. Prices are subject to change without notice. We currently ship to addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times. Zaydan Official is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, customs clearance, or courier disruptions.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and process details, which are aligned with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce's E-Commerce Law regarding consumer rights. Since products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, certain items may have specific return conditions.
